Registration for secure log-ins

'If only you knew' is a secure website created by and for HIV positive children and young people.

To ensure only HIV positive children and young people have access to this site, we are asking their health care teams to register them. To do this you will need the following information on each patient: their name, age,a personal email address and a choice of profile name for use on the site (this can be their actual name). If they do not have an email address, we can create one for them. Please email getinvolved [at] chiva [dot] org [dot] uk

Please complete the form below and submit it. Once verified, we will send the young person an email with their log-in details.
