PREMs Survey
This survey is a PREMs survey which stands for Patient Reported Experience Measures.
It has been developed by Chiva and the Chiva Youth Committee members (a group of young people growing up living with HIV) to capture the experiences of young people attending an HIV clinic.
The information from the survey will then be used to help clinic teams better understand what their patients need and how they can improve the care and support they receive.
The questions shouldn’t take more than a couple of minutes to answer.
