Newly submitted and selected admissions will be included in the poster exhibition space alongside those that were previously selected for inclusion at our original March event.
Please email your abstract submissions to firstname.lastname@example.org by 9am on Friday 25th September.
Our Conference steering group committee will then score these, and invite successful abstracts to submit their poster in pdf format by Wednesday 7th October at the latest for inclusion in a pre-conference delegate handout.
There is also the opportunity for all selected abstract submissions to pre-record a video message of up to 5 minutes, to accompany the work, or alternatively, for selected submissions (who are signed up to attend the conference) to be present for a Live Q&A slot during the conference.
Notes for preparing your abstract:
A maximum of 2,500 characters is permissible, excluding title, name(s) of author(s) and affiliation(s). Characters include spaces and tables. Abstracts that are longer than 2,500 characters may be arbitrarily cut and lead to the abstract not being accepted for presentation.
Please use Arial font size 12. One data table is permitted in the body of the abstract.
Background: a clear statement about the aims and objectives of the study and/or a description of the issue
Methods: method(s) used or approach taken
Results: main results with appropriate statistical tests for quantitative studies
Conclusion: primary conclusions and their implications.
All abstracts should disclose primary findings and avoid, whenever possible, promissory statements.
Presentations need not be exclusive to this meeting and may be presented elsewhere.
